We’ll get back to you within 24 hours (usually sooner!) to discuss your needs.  If a Service Agreement or any other forms are required, they must be signed before we can start your services.

Are your services pre-paid?

Yes, payment is due before or at the time services are rendered, unless other arrangements are agreed to — we take cash, check and all credit cards via PayPal.  You’re responsible for costs related to your request, like dry cleaning or car repair charges, catering or personal shopping fees, tolls, parking fees — things like that – and any goods charged by a third party vendor related to your request.

What if I need to cancel?

If you need to cancel scheduled services, contact us via phone or e-mail at least 24 hours before to avoid a cancellation fee.

What are your hours?

We are available to you 24/7.  However, our normal business hours are Monday – Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. and 24-hour notice is requested for all concierge services. Same-day requests may be honored for an additional fee, schedule permitting.

What is your service area?

Our regular service area includes the Main Line, Delaware and Chester counties and Northern Delaware. We’ll consider requests for services outside of our regular service area on a case-by-case basis — simply get in touch for a free, no-obligation consultation.

Anything else?

Yes, actually. We think it goes without saying — but just so there’s no misunderstanding, we will not consider any request that is illegal or unethical.
